Looking ahead to the new season The new season of Bramley apples is nearly ready to be picked. The Bramley Campaign will be publicising the superior taste and versatility of the ‘King of Cooking Apples’ and inspiring consumers to buy and cook with them over the coming year. Chefs' Bramley Apples Recipes The Bramley is Britain’s favourite cooking apple, much loved by professional chefs because of its unique ability to retain its tangy flavour and fluffy, ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ texture when cooked.
