Bramley Apple Week

Bramley Apple Week has been a triumph. The media has supported the campaign with coverage appearing in publications such as The Times, BBC Good Food, and Hello! Mark Hix’s special Bramley recipes have proven to be extremely popular appearing in publications such as People’s Friend, Cook Vegetarian and Great British Food magazines. Antony Worrall Thompson has also acted as an unofficial spokesperson for Bramley Apple Week this year, with his recipe for Bramley Tarte Tatin featuring in regional newspapers. Antony has also marked Bramley Apple Week by giving Bramleys pride of place on the menus at his restaurants.
