Bramley Bursary 2009
iNTRODUCTION...
Bramley apples are loved by chefs because, unlike other apples, they have a light, fluffy texture and distinct flavour which is retained after cooking.
Sweet or savoury, we want you to come up with a brand new Bramley recipe.

| Prize: Winner receives a two week placement at the newly refurbished Connaught Hotel in London’s Mayfair, with Michelin star chef Angela Hartnett, as well as £500 for themselves and £500 for their college. Two runners up will also receive £250 each. |

Are you eligible? You must be aged over 15 years and a student on any UK catering course.
