  • 8 thin slices of ginger cake

  • 1 full quantity stewed Bramley apples

  • 200g tub extra thick double cream

  • 2 chocolate flake bars, crumbled


  • Spoon a little of the apple puree into the base of 4 glass bowl, top with a slice of ginger cake, then more apple, a spoon or two of cream and chocolate flakes. Repeat the layers and serve.
