Apple And Ginger Tiramisu
8 thin slices of ginger cake
1 full quantity stewed Bramley apples
200g tub extra thick double cream
2 chocolate flake bars, crumbled
- Spoon a little of the apple puree into the base of 4 glass bowl, top with a slice of ginger cake, then more apple, a spoon or two of cream and chocolate flakes. Repeat the layers and serve.
