6 - 8 (2kg) Bramley Apples
100g Butter
2 Cinnamon Sticks
85g Demerara Sugar
Salt & White Pepper

1. Peel and slice apples thinly.

2. Cook with butter with cinnamon sticks over a low heat for 45 minutes, stirring.

3. Finish with sugar, salt and pepper.
