Bramley Apple Week 2010 takes place between 7-14 February and is a celebration of the versatility of the world’s best cooking apple.
The Bramley apple is rightly called the ‘King of Cooking apples’ due to its fluffy texture and tangy flavour when cooked. A favourite in pies, crumbles and other desserts, the Bramley is also ideal in savoury dishes and the Bramley Campaign will be launching some tasty new recipes to coincide with Bramley Apple Week.
